The United Federation LEOS-PBA is a full service labor organization formed to provide every labor related service from negotiations, grievance processing, legal and legislative representation.

The United Federation LEOS-PBA represents security professionals like your self working @ the Department of Energy, U.S. Federal Courts, Nuclear Facilities, Prisons, Detention Centers, Correctional Facilities, Armored Car, Casinos. Arts and entertainment, Federal, State, and County Buildings, Military Installations, Universities, Hospitals, Public Utilities, Automotive, Airports, Seaports, Homeland Security Facilities, Police Departments and Industry.

Our Mission

The United Federation LEOS-PBA - Law Enforcement Officers Security & Police Benevolent Association LEOS-PBA mission is to serve as a voice for law enforcement officers and security professionals nationwide to their employers. Thousands of law enforcement officers and security professionals from New York to Washington DC to California provide a fundamental protective service to federal agencies as contractors. These bargaining unit employees need to have their workplace concerns and interests represented to their employer with passion, integrity, and fairness.  

 

United Federation LEOS-PBA delivers a comprehensive employee and labor relations program that will provide high quality service to officers by representing their interests and negotiating with the employer for results that create a better workplace. Our union is characterized by three core values: personalized service, transparency, and results.

The United Federation LEOS-PBA was officially born on March 1, 2021 when three 9(b)3 security police unions below saw the need to come together not only for mutual aid and protection but to give our members a stronger voice at the bargaining table. Everyday our Unions fight for better wages, better benefits, better working conditions. We fight to protect your job security whether it is a write up, suspension or a termination. Since that time other Security Unions have also joined our security family.
